The Personal Trainer Diploma program provides our graduates with exposure to the skills necessary to function in an entry-level position within a physical fitness environment. The program emphasizes office and records management, lifestyle and health, nutrition, athletic training, and sports medicine.
With your personal training diploma, you will be familiar with industry terminology, biomechanics and exercise physiology. You will also understand the legal requirements associated with the fitness industry and how to obtain and release client information.
