State of Alabama, Massage Therapy Certification Requirements
To be eligible for your massage therapy certification, you must:
Complete 650 hours from a Board-approved massage therapy school or program.
You must pass the standardized exams: MBLEx or NCBTMB.
The NCBTMB requires 750 hours from an approved program.
You must complete 16 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
